The conditions of the Early Booking Cancellation and Refund Package are as follows; For transactions up to 1000 TL of hotel reservation price, the package fee is 10 TL. If the hotel reservation amount is over 1000 TL, 1% of the total amount is paid for the package. In case of reservation cancellation, the package fee is non-refundable while the entire accommodation fee is refunded. Cancellation and refund package covers hotel accommodation only, Transfer amount can be canceled without interruption until the last 48 hours. In order to add Cancellation and Refund package to the reservation, it must be more than 7 days before the stay date. This application is valid for stays of at least 3 nights between 1 April - 31 October.
